David M. Hickey, Esq.
Managing Director
David M. Hickey is American Discovery's Managing Director. Mr. Hickey brings more than 20 years of litigation experience to American Discovery. Prior to joining American Discovery, Mr. Hickey was an equity partner at Winston & Strawn, LLP. He has first chair trial experience and has worked on a number of significant litigation and arbitration matters in the United States, Asia and the United Kingdom. Mr. Hickey has represented clients in connection with government investigations and litigated complex commercial matters including class action, franchise, trade secret, false advertising, unfair competition, contract, tort, securities, derivative, change of control, construction, oil and gas, energy, and defamation matters.
He also has extensive experience with respect to outsourcing having advised outsourcing providers throughout India and the Philippines concerning best practices and security issues. In addition to Winston, Mr. Hickey has practiced at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP for more than 10 years and the U.S. Air Force. While at Winston, Mr. Hickey was a founding member of the firm's e-discovery and electronic information practice group and served as a vice-chair of the group from its inception. He has counseled a wide variety of companies on record retention programs, compliance with electronic discovery, and implementing programs to reduce risk associated with the generation and retention of electronic records. He is also a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and CLE programs on electronic discovery legal developments and best practices.

Roderico V. Puno, Esq.
Managing Director
Mr. Puno serves as Managing Director of American Discovery and oversees the Philippine operations. He has extensive legal experience in both the U.S. and throughout Asia. Mr. Puno has served as outside co-counsel for Skadden Arps, White and Case, Latham and Watkins, Paul Hastings, and other English and American law firms for almost 20 years. He was admitted as a partner at the Puno & Puno law firm in 1995 where his areas of practice included general corporate law, project finance, energy, and infrastructure. His experience also includes international banking, real estate, utilities regulation, and securities matters. Mr. Puno has advised on some of the largest corporate deals in Philippines history.
From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Puno served as Vice President-Legal for First Philippine Holdings Corporation, a conglomerate engaged in power generation. He is an authority on Philippine energy laws and has had extensive experience acting as counsel for American and Japanese corporations doing business in the Philippines. He also has had extensive involvement in international arbitration proceedings under ICC and UNCITRAL rules. Mr. Puno currently serves on the boards of several multi-national corporations with holdings in the Philippines. He has been cited as a leading business law attorney in the Philippines by U.K. and Asian publications such as International Financial Law Review, Chambers and Partners, Asia Pacific’s Legal 500, and Asia Law and Business. Recently, Mr. Puno was selected as one of the Leading Lawyers for 2009 in the field of Capital Markets & Corporate Finance by asialaw. He has likewise recently co authored an article, “Getting the Deal Through” for Project Finance which featured articles written by lawyers of the top law firms in 38 jurisdictions.
Mr. Puno earned his Bachelor of Laws from the Ateneo de Manila University College of Law in 1989 and his B.A. from Ateneo de Manila University in 1985. He is admitted to the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.

Thomas Lamb, Esq.
Managing Director
Mr. Lamb serves as Managing Director for American Discovery and oversees all aspects of corporate growth and global operations. He has nearly 25 years of experience in law, investment banking and business/corporate development. Before coming to American Discovery, Mr. Lamb was a founder and COO/CFO of Done Right!, a marketing services firm that raised $14 million in venture capital financing and was sold to Tree.com in July, 2009. Prior to Done Right!, Mr. Lamb was head of corporate development for Overture Services, leading the company's efforts in structuring and negotiating numerous acquisitions and strategic partnerships, culminating in the company's sale to Yahoo! in 2003. Prior to Overture, Mr. Lamb was an investment banker in Mexico City, Mexico and Bogota, Colombia for N.M. Rothschild & Sons, specializing in M&A and government privatizations. Before investment banking, he practiced law on Wall Street and in Los Angeles for major international law firms, specializing in corporate transactions.
Mr. Lamb earned a B.A. from the University of Southern California, a J.D. from the University of California, Davis and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mark A. Snyder, Esq.
Director, Quality Control
Mark A. Snyder leads our Quality Control team at American Discovery. He has more than 15 years of legal experience. Prior to joining American Discovery, Mr. Snyder worked in the Los Angeles office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP as a litigation associate, and in the Century City office of O'Melveny & Myers LLP as a litigation counsel. Mr. Snyder has extensive experience in securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, intellectual property matters, and other complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Snyder works closely with clients and the Project Management Team to establish comprehensive document review protocols. He trains and supervises our attorneys in the United States and reviews their work product, overseeing each aspect of the projects to which he is assigned in order to deliver a timely, superior work product. He maintains constant dialogue with clients and our U.S. and Manila based attorneys to ensure that each project meets or exceeds client expectations.
Mr. Snyder's 10 years of major law firm experience have made him intimately familiar with the types of issues and complications that can arise in large-scale document reviews. As a result, he is able to collaborate with clients to identify and avoid potential problems and to anticipate client needs, adding significant value to each project. He often provides suggestions to clients to make projects run more smoothly and efficiently.

Danielle Walker
Vice President - Sales
Danielle Walker is American Discovery's Vice President - Sales. Ms. Walker consults with law firms and corporations on defining strategies, protocols, and review platforms to best manage their litigation process in complex matters. She also serves as project manager for her clients by overseeing American Discovery’s document review, discovery assessment, contract management, litigation support, and quality control teams while ensuring all client deliverables and timelines are effectively achieved.
Ms. Walker has extensive experience in the legal industry. Prior to joining American Discovery, she worked with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in the firm’s media and entertainment department. She also worked in the litigation department of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal where she was involved in the firm's complex insurance litigation practice.
Ms. Walker earned her B.A. from Princeton University in 1993 and her J.D. from the University of Michigan in 1996.
